Horizons University is proud to offer its students the opportunity to pursue their education. Horizons University offers a variety of accredited degree programs in business (BBA, MBA, and DBA programs), as well as online master’s degrees in international education, intercultural communication, and French language and culture.
Horizons University was designed to offer its students high-quality education at an affordable price. Our degree programs and their courses are developed by faculty members who are experts with extensive experience in their fields of specialization. They are fully committed to ensuring their students’ success. As a pioneer in distance learning, Horizons University offers flexible programs that allow students to earn their degrees while balancing their studies with their other commitments. 

Online programs are conducted entirely online, with no requirement to be on campus, and allow each student to progress at their own pace. At Horizons University, we encourage our students to excel by fostering their independence throughout their online learning journey. Our highly qualified international faculty is there to facilitate learning and guide students throughout the program, while giving them the freedom to take charge of their own coursework.
On-campus programs are offered through a blended learning approach: students attend intensive seminars and complete the rest of their coursework independently. This method allows on-campus students to work while studying and to engage in face-to-face interactions with our faculty.
Most degree programs and their courses—whether online or on campus—place a strong emphasis on acquiring practical skills and the intellectual application of acquired knowledge. Our faculty and student mentors work hand in hand to help you achieve your academic, personal, and professional goals!

If you are a job seeker:
To help job seekers with disabilities acquire the skills needed for long-term employment, AGEFIPH, Pôle Emploi, or other funding agencies may help cover training costs. The training must be part of a job placement program and offer real and serious prospects for employment.
To qualify for this assistance, applicants must contact their Pôle Emploi or Mission Locale advisor, who will guide them toward the funding options best suited to their career goals. All applications for assistance must be submitted at least two months before the start of the training program.
