COURSE DESCRIPTION
MBA540 - Leading the contemporary Global Organizations (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course provides an introduction to key management concepts typically related to the current global context. Students explore the connections between the corporate world and culture, particularly through topics such as diversity, change management, corporate social responsibility, as well as interpersonal communication practices with stakeholders, team dynamics, and globalization processes.
MBA541 - Business Analytics (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course enables students to acquire the skills necessary to conduct management research using various quantitative and qualitative methods. Topics covered include sampling techniques, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression analysis, data mining, cluster analysis, time series analysis, reliability and validity, case studies, business statistics software, and research report writing.
MBA542 - Diversity and Inclusion (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course explores the fundamentals of diversity and inclusion in the contemporary professional context. Theories, research, and the application of diversity and inclusion are examined from various institutional perspectives relevant to today’s global environment.
MBA550 - Branding and Reputation(10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course addresses the topics of showcasing one’s portfolio of consulting and training skills, as well as developing an ethical, credible, and competent reputation within the international consulting community. The focus is on personal development and showcasing skills across a broad range of consulting talents.
MBA551 - Consulting Practices (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course offers a pragmatic approach aimed at developing and implementing a wide range of consulting techniques in areas such as human resources development, technology training, team development, goal setting, motivation, interpersonal relationships, and other common topics frequently sought by executives.
MBA552 - Customer Design Thinking (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course explores in depth the process of getting to know the client and understanding their needs, aspirations, and expectations. Emphasis is placed on the communication processes between the consultant and the client—both explicit and implicit—as well as on strategies for establishing a meaningful and effective relationship that leads to shared goals.
MBA553 - Case Studies (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course presents a series of case studies based on real and hypothetical consulting situations, highlighting various challenges, problems, processes, and solutions that have proven effective in consulting practice. Students will be asked to “simulate” their responses to various scenarios in order to solve consulting problems.
CCC506 - Cross-Cultural Communication (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course examines the fundamental concepts that underlie the communication styles and norms specific to each culture. The work of eminent researchers in cultural studies, such as Geert Hofstede and Fons Trompenaars, provides the foundation for understanding and adapting to the multitude of cultural behaviors observed in the contemporary international workplace.
MBA 590 - Thesis (20 ECTS / 8 US Credits)
The topic must be related to one of the themes covered during the MBA program and be of direct interest to the student. Generally, during their MBA program, students have developed an interest in a particular topic and wish to explore it in greater depth. Once the topic has been approved, students must follow the guidelines below. The average length of an MBA thesis is 50 to 60 pages.
