This program addresses the growing demand for participation in virtual work environments. It is designed to equip students with the managerial, organizational, and technical skills needed to meet the challenges of remote work. The program emphasizes modes of interaction—both technical and interpersonal, as well as teamwork—with internal and external stakeholders involved in the new remote work model that has evolved since 2020.
Program Objectives: Upon completion of the program, students will be able to:
1. Use professional and interactive software for project management, internal and external networking, spreadsheets, information sharing, data storage systems, maintaining cybersecurity, and implementing various other inter- and intra-organizational processes.
2. Effectively coordinate virtual teams, manage projects remotely, interact in real time with stakeholders at all levels, maintain effective communication with external stakeholders such as clients, and motivate employees across horizontal and vertical levels of the organization.
3. Perform management functions remotely, including those related to human resources management—such as recruitment, hiring, training, and employee evaluation—provide technical and professional support regarding new procedures and processes, and communicate vertically within the organization.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course provides an introduction to the fundamental concepts of management, typically in the context of today's global environment. Students explore the connections between the business world and culture, particularly through topics such as diversity, change management, corporate social responsibility, as well as interpersonal communication practices with stakeholders, team dynamics, and globalization processes.
MBA541 - Business Analytics (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course enables students to acquire the skills necessary to conduct management research using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods. Topics covered include sampling techniques, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression analysis, data exploration, cluster analysis, time series analysis, reliability and validity, case studies, management statistics software, and research report writing.
MBA542 - Diversity and Innovation (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
Diversity and Innovation: This course explores the fundamentals of diversity and innovation in the context of the contemporary workplace. Theories, research, and applications of diversity and inclusion are examined from various institutional perspectives relevant to today’s global environment.
MBA543 - Innovation and Data Management (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
Innovation and Data Management. This course focuses on applications related to the financial, statistical, monetary, and regulatory systems involved in the development of new business ventures. Topics covered include crowdsourcing, search engine optimization, cloud computing, and various interactive analytical tools that facilitate collaboration and decision-making among entrepreneurial actors involved in creating innovative outcomes.
MBA544 - Financing Global Innovation(10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course covers the resources, instruments, and procedures involved in raising investment capital for entrepreneurial projects. It also addresses international issues related to equipment sales, taxation, foreign exchange transactions, international financing, and various other transnational laws.
MBA546 - The Culture of Innovation (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course focuses on the socio-professional environment that characterizes contexts conducive to innovation. Emphasis is placed on the nature of the idea-generation process, the stages of innovation development, as well as the characteristics and communication models specific to contexts that foster innovation.
MBA547 - The Innovation Environment of Organizations (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course takes a managerial perspective to create and foster the conditions necessary to inspire and promote innovation within organizations. It addresses the processes of identifying talent within the company, locating strategic resources, and implementing organizational processes that encourage innovation in ideas, projects, and new business visions.
MBA548 - Innovation Strategies (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course addresses the challenges associated with the processes through which contemporary global organizations develop their strategies. It emphasizes the managerial functions necessary for the strategic planning and implementation of innovation.
MBA590 - Thesis (20 ECTS / 8 US Credits)
The topic must be related to one of the themes covered during the MBA program and be of direct interest to the student. Generally, during their MBA program, students have developed an interest in a particular topic and wish to explore it in greater depth. Once the topic has been approved, students must follow the guidelines below. The average length of an MBA thesis is 50 to 60 pages.
