MBA 501:  Leadership in Business Organizations (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)

This course offers an introduction to essential management concepts characteristic of the contemporary global environment, from a humanistic perspective. Students explore the connections between the business world and culture, particularly through topics such as diversity, change management, corporate social responsibility, interpersonal communication with stakeholders, team dynamics, and globalization processes. The course emphasizes students’ ability to identify the many social phenomena that influence the outcomes of business projects and to adapt to them.

MBA503 - Global Finance (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)

When companies merge or expand internationally, they must learn to speak a single language. The same applies to all their software and other internal processes, which may become incompatible over the long term. The terms they use may vary, and their assumptions regarding business rules may differ. Fast-growing companies often face the same problem: each department makes its own decisions regarding terminology, rules, and processes. Even well-established companies suffer from “organizational dislocation”: over time, makeshift interfaces are set up between different operational tasks. It becomes increasingly impossible to modify business processes as complexity increases. This course will explore various models, communication protocols, and case studies to prepare students to address this reality.

MBA504 - Business Research Strategies (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)

This course covers all the steps necessary for conducting research in a professional setting.

MBA530 - Business Ethics   (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)

This course presents all the fundamental approaches that enable international business professionals to engage with different cultures in an appropriate manner.

MBA514 - Cross Cultural Communication (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)

This course addresses the complexities of the intersection between culture and communication in today’s global business environment. It examines how individuals from diverse cultures differ in their use of verbal and nonverbal communication, and how managers can develop strategies to lead effectively in multicultural contexts.

MBA510 -Managing the Multinational Corporation (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)

This course examines the theory and implementation of the key management processes specific to multinational enterprises (MNEs). Topics covered include the impact of international economic trends, compliance with the administrative aspects of trade agreements, international contracts, imports, exports, currency conversion, and other regulatory aspects of international trade. Emphasis is placed on negotiation and mastery of cross-border commercial instruments.

MBA513 - Global Management System (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)

This course examines the managerial, administrative, legal, and cultural environments of the workplace as they manifest in various global contexts. Specific political, economic, and social perspectives are studied within European, North American, Latin American, Asia-Pacific, and Middle East-Africa societies, with particular attention paid to the business nuances specific to each region. Students will be encouraged to choose a specific region based on their personal interests.

MBA512- Humain Resource Management in MNCs (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)

This course focuses on the ability of multinational managers to recruit, hire, train, and develop a workforce in a context of multicultural diversity. Emphasis is placed on cultural value systems, social norms, and behavioral patterns that shape an employee’s ability to understand and adapt to organizational norms that may be unfamiliar to them. Negotiation techniques, the application of local labor laws, and mentoring processes for foreign employees are covered.

MBA 590 - Thesis (20 ECTS / 8 US Credits)

The topic must be related to one of the themes covered during the MBA program and be of direct interest to the student. Generally, during their MBA program, students have developed an interest in a particular topic and wish to explore it in greater depth. Once the topic has been approved, students must follow the guidelines below. The average length of an MBA thesis is 50 to 60 pages.

MBA521 - Marketing Management Processes (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course examines the role of administrative decision-making in the marketing process. Financial management, compliance with the laws of both the home and host countries, project management (particularly when it involves cross-border stakeholders), and policy development are the main topics covered. The focus is on the concept of the manager as a leader capable of interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, customers, partners, the media, government agencies, and the general public.
MBA516 - E-Business (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
Marketing, communication, and management skills must be adapted to the rapidly growing world of online business. This course is structured as a workshop, during which students explore and test various e-commerce solutions. A project will simulate the creation of a small business that operates entirely online.
MBA515 - International Marketing (10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)
This course covers various aspects of international marketing and examines a range of strategies.
MBA505 - Advanced Organizational Behavior(10 ECTS / 4 US Credits)

This course covers various aspects of international marketing and explores a range of strategies.
This course explores fundamental processes at the individual, group, and organizational levels. At the individual level, the focus is on personality, professional attitudes, and work motivation. The implications of these individual factors are then examined in a team context, through an analysis of communication, influence, conflict, change, and leadership processes.  In addition, this course will examine the impact of organizational culture and change on workplace behavior.  The course project will integrate these processes while developing a feasible plan.
